Refund & Return Policy

AIGEN IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC, operating as AigenSols, provides professional and custom digital services rather than standardized physical goods. Because project work is prepared for a particular client, traditional product returns generally do not apply.

The payment, cancellation, and refund terms in a signed proposal, statement of work, order form, or services agreement take precedence over this general website policy.

If you need to cancel before work has started, contact me promptly. Any refund eligibility will account for work already performed, time expressly reserved for the engagement, and non-cancellable expenses or third-party commitments made for the project.

• Fees earned for work already performed are non-refundable.
• Accepted or completed milestones are non-refundable unless the signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
• A prepaid amount allocated to work that has not been performed may be eligible for a refund after deducting earned fees and non-recoverable project costs.
• A change in preference, business direction, or internal priority does not turn completed custom work into a returnable product.

Source code, configurations, designs, documentation, automation workflows, and other digital deliverables cannot be physically returned. If a deliverable does not meet agreed acceptance criteria, the first remedy is reasonable correction under the applicable agreement rather than an automatic refund.

• General Clinic Setup is $999 for the stated one-time scope. Custom builds, integrations, and managed delivery use the scope and fees agreed in writing. Refund eligibility depends on work completed, time reserved, and non-recoverable vendor costs under the signed agreement.
• Optional light care starts at $79 per month for the stated allowance and may be canceled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily create a prorated refund for the current service period.
• Usage and other vendor charges already incurred are non-refundable except where the applicable provider or law requires otherwise.
• The 14-day launch-adjustment period covers reasonable changes within the agreed founding scope; it is not a blanket refund period or an unlimited expansion of the system.

Other retainers or recurring services use the cancellation, renewal, and unused-capacity terms stated in their signed agreement.

Domain fees, software licenses, cloud usage, AI or telephony charges, payment-processing fees, and other third-party costs are subject to the provider's terms. Amounts that cannot be recovered from the provider cannot be refunded by AigenSols.

Email a refund or cancellation request to aymal@aigensols.com. Include your name, company, invoice or project reference, the amount in question, and the reason for the request. I will review the signed terms, completed work, committed expenses, and payment history before providing a written response.

Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Please contact me first so the issue can be reviewed against the applicable agreement and law.
