Website descriptions, examples, timelines, and pricing approaches are general information and are not a binding offer. No client relationship begins until the parties sign an applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, or services agreement.

• Scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, fees, expenses, and payment dates are defined in the signed project documents.
• Estimates may change when assumptions, requirements, integrations, or dependencies change. Material changes require written agreement.
• Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are quoted and payable in USD.
• The published MedSpa AI Receptionist prices are $449 per month for Managed service or a $249 monthly service fee plus funded vendor usage for the Owner-funded path. Both provide the same core product; the funding model and written operating allowance differ.
• Monthly subscriptions renew one month at a time until canceled. A cancellation submitted before the next renewal stops future monthly charges, subject to the signed agreement and charges already incurred.
• A $899 monthly high-volume managed rate applies only when the written operating threshold and the change are communicated and agreed before the higher rate begins.
• Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are separate when they are not expressly included in the proposal.

Clients are responsible for timely access, accurate information, authorized content and data, stakeholder decisions, account permissions, and review of deliverables. A client must have the right to provide any material, data, credentials, or instructions supplied for the work.

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are defined in the signed agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, each party keeps ownership of materials, methods, libraries, know-how, trademarks, and intellectual property it owned or developed independently of the project. Website content and branding may not be copied or republished without permission except where law allows.

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and may require human review. Integrations, hosting, communication platforms, AI providers, and other third-party services remain subject to their own availability, pricing, security, and terms. Project-specific responsibilities are documented in the applicable agreement.

• The MedSpa product is intended for approved administrative and front-desk workflows. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, medical advice, emergency response, or licensed staff.
• The client is responsible for approving clinic facts, prices, availability, scripts, contact lists, recording disclosures, consent requirements, and escalation rules used by the system.
• Outbound AI calling, call recording, marketing, and follow-up may be regulated differently by jurisdiction and use case. The client must have a lawful basis and required permission for each enabled workflow.
• No website statement represents every product configuration as HIPAA compliant. If regulated health information will be processed, the parties must first determine the applicable requirements and complete any required agreements, safeguards, and provider configuration.

You may not use this website to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
• interfere with the site's operation or security;
• scrape or reproduce protected content beyond what law permits; or
• misrepresent your identity or authority.

The site links to services such as Cal.com, LinkedIn, Upwork, GitHub, and YouTube. Those services are controlled by their respective providers. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are not controlled by AIGEN IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGEN IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of this informational website. Liability for paid client services is governed by the signed agreement.

Governing law, venue, and dispute procedures for paid services are defined in the applicable signed client agreement. Where no signed agreement applies, these website terms are governed by the law that applies to the circumstances. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
