Working product
A clear record for the next person who helps
The clinic can see direction, priority, outcome, booking status, summary, recording, transcript, notes, and human-transfer state without piecing the story together across tools.

What it does
Your front desk first. AI when calls would go unanswered.
After-hours and overflow calls
Route inbound calls to AI when the clinic is closed, the line is busy, or staff do not answer within an agreed time. Phone-provider compatibility is checked before quoting.
Booking and clinic availability
Check configured availability, book appointments, and respect clinic hours, time zones, duration, and capacity rules.
Call records in one place
Review summaries, outcomes, booking states, notes, and follow-up status in one dashboard. Recordings and transcripts depend on the clinic’s approved recording and retention settings.
Human transfer and follow-up
Transfer eligible calls to staff during configured hours and preserve context for human review when the caller needs a person.
Controlled clinic knowledge
Use clinic-approved facts, prompts, policies, and conversational boundaries without inventing prices, availability, or treatment guidance.
CRM and workflow connection
Use the direct GoHighLevel connection or connect a compatible custom CRM through its available API, webhooks, or integration layer.
Integration
Direct GoHighLevel integration, with a path to your existing CRM
The working product includes a direct GoHighLevel booking and workflow connection. If your clinic uses another CRM, I review its API, webhooks, permissions, and data model before confirming the connection in writing.
Operating boundaries
Approved front-desk information, with a human path
The clinic supplies approved facts, prices, policies, availability, and escalation rules. The AI is configured for administrative conversations—not diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergencies—and callers can be routed to staff under agreed conditions.
Questions before launch
Clear answers about staff control, calling rules, and data handling
The right setup depends on the clinic's workflow, callers, vendors, jurisdictions, and data. These are product boundaries—not a promise that one configuration fits every clinic.
Does the AI receptionist replace clinic staff?
No. Your team continues answering during normal availability. AI receives inbound calls only under the agreed closed-hours, busy-line, or no-answer rules. Staff handle clinical judgment, exceptions, and follow-up. Routing and fallback behavior are tested before activation.
Can it answer medical questions?
It is not configured to diagnose, recommend treatments, or handle emergencies. It can use clinic-approved administrative information—such as hours, services, policies, and booking rules—and route clinical or urgent questions according to the clinic’s written escalation policy.
Is every deployment automatically HIPAA compliant?
No blanket compliance claim is made. The clinic and AigenSols must review which data the workflow creates, receives, maintains, or transmits; which vendors are involved; which agreements are required; and which safeguards must be configured. A workflow that will handle ePHI is not activated until those responsibilities are documented.
Read HHS guidance on HIPAA and cloud computingCan it make outbound calls?
Outbound calls are not included in this after-hours and overflow offer. Any outbound workflow needs a separate scope and approval. AI-generated voices are treated as artificial or prerecorded voices under federal calling rules; the clinic must confirm applicable consent, identification, opt-out, and other requirements before activation.
Read the FCC declaratory ruling on AI-generated voicesAre calls recorded?
Recording is optional and depends on the agreed workflow. If enabled, recording disclosures, consent handling, access, retention, and deletion rules are configured around the clinic’s instructions and applicable jurisdictions before launch.
Does it work with GoHighLevel or another CRM?
The working product includes a direct GoHighLevel connection. Other CRMs are reviewed for suitable APIs, webhooks, permissions, and data-handling requirements before compatibility or scope is confirmed in writing.
What does the $999 general setup include?
The general offer covers one clinic location, one inbound AI workflow for closed-hours and overflow calls, one GoHighLevel calendar, approved clinic information, call records, routing and fallback tests, handoff, and 14 days of launch adjustments. If you need a different build, integration-only work, or ongoing management, I prepare a custom quote after the free 15-minute discovery call.
Do I have to pay AigenSols every month?
No. Build or integration work can end with a documented handoff and no recurring AigenSols care fee. Your clinic or technical contact then owns monitoring, maintenance, and provider accounts. Optional light care starts at $79/month; wider ongoing management is custom quoted. Operating costs continue under every arrangement.
Why does the quote vary by clinic?
The quote reflects your practice’s locations, existing systems, call volume, call length, routing, calendars, data requirements, and desired management. Volume affects provider usage and may affect capacity or support needs. Build-only, integration-only, and managed delivery have different responsibilities, so I price the actual work and ongoing service you need.
Can you just build the agent or integrate what I already have?
Yes, subject to a review of your existing setup. I can build the agreed agent for your technical team, integrate a suitable existing agent with approved phone and booking systems, or handle a combined implementation. The proposal defines what I deliver, what you supply, compatibility, testing, and who takes over maintenance.
Can you manage the system after launch?
Yes. Managed delivery is custom quoted by practice, call volume, integrations, and support needs. The agreement defines setup, ongoing monitoring, updates, troubleshooting, support hours, and provider billing. It is a separate service from the limited light-care allowance; no unlimited or round-the-clock support is assumed.
How are operating costs and provider bills handled?
Phone, AI, CRM, hosting, storage, and other provider costs continue after setup. For handoff or light care, your clinic pays providers directly. With managed delivery, the quote specifies direct billing or approved, itemized provider charges through AigenSols. Operating costs are separate from service fees unless explicitly included in writing; setup does not include lifetime hosting or unlimited calls.
General product information only, not legal advice. Each clinic remains responsible for its calling, recording, consent, patient-data, and clinical-practice obligations. Final safeguards and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before activation.

Service boundaries
Clear scope before the system grows
01
Choose who manages it
Take over after a documented handoff, add limited light care, or ask me to manage the agreed operation. Ownership, billing, support, and cancellation terms are clear in the proposal.
02
Pay for the scope you need
The general setup covers one location, one inbound workflow, and one GoHighLevel calendar. A custom build or integration can have a different scope and price. I review what is already in place before quoting.
03
Expansion is quoted
Additional locations, calendars, custom CRM connections, outbound campaigns, or new workflows are separately scoped. Call volume changes vendor costs; changes to capacity or support need a written quote.
